“Nate O'Neel is our major contact person at CEG, it's wonderful working with him. He is super responsive and an amazing communicator. If I have questions and don’t understand something, he breaks it down and makes information easy to digest and understand the solution. He keeps an eye on the schedule and keeps things moving. He is very well liked by maintenance staff, facility, admin staff, we all love his presence and trust his judgement. Nate makes it so easy to work with him and feel confident in the project. I have been working with Nate for a year and a half personally, other PMS have been working with him much longer. CEG is the top firm, head and shoulders above others. CEG makes it easy to say these words, they are truthful. When Gray fire came through our campus in August of last year, CEG was super responsive. They brought a trailer, drove through the night with equipment to help us get back online. There was serious damage with the wildfire, Nate and Ty didn’t have to react so quick and be so helpful, they just did so. I don’t know how many people have thanked them personally, but we talk about that often, because of the way they went above and beyond for us.
