ENGINEER IN TRAINING E.I.T
Jonathan Beach, Associate
Columbia Engineering Group
Jonathan Beach is an Electrical Engineer-in-Training (EIT) with more than five years of experience in electrical design and construction management. Jonathan’s career began in facilities maintenance and electronics, giving him practical insight into how building systems function in real-world environments. This hands-on background allows him to bridge the gap between design and implementation, ensuring accurate, constructible, and maintainable solutions. He has contributed to projects involving power distribution, control systems, and generator-backed infrastructure, giving him the technical foundation to support complex, multidisciplinary design efforts. Driven and detail-oriented, Jonathan applies a practical, systems-based approach to every assignment, ensuring that field data, documentation, and design output align with project requirements and code compliance standards.
"I enjoy designing electrical systems that are safe, code-compliant, and built to perform because reliability is everything.” Jonathan, CEG
